Chicken Masala

Try this out! :)

1kg breast fillet chicken (cut into small pieces)
Some oil
2 Onions
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon vinegar
chili powder (according to how much chilli you can have! i put around 1-2 teaspoon)
salt to taste ( i added about 1 1/2 teaspoon salt)

1. Heat oil, add onions and fry until golden brown.
2. Add garlic and ginger paste. Fry for a minute.
3. Add all other ingredients and fry for another minute.
4. Add chicken and mix well with the spices.
5. Fry for about 2-3 minutes.
6. Cover the pot and simmer the chicken on low heat until it is well cooked (if it is too dry you can add a little bit of water,it's nicer if it's dry).
