Beef Macaroni

 Here's a quick and easy recipe for making beef macaroni. Enjoy! :)

1/2 kg minced beef
1 packet boiled macaroni (about 500g)
1 medium onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 teaspoon hot red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 cup of peas
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon oil

Directions:
1. Heat oil. Add garlic and onion. Cook until brown.
2. Add oregano and rosemary. Stir fry for 1 minute.
3. Add the minced beef. Cook until water of beef dries.
4. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin powder, salt and stir for 2 minutes.
5. Add pasta and peas. Stir until well combined.
6. Off the fire, add the black pepper on the pasta and cover the pot for 5 minutes.
7. Mix well and serve.
