Spicy Minced Meat (Keema)

My husband used to hate keema as he had a bad experience with it ages ago. I finally made keema for him this week hoping that he will eat it. Instead of eating it directly, i placed the keema in the lebanese bread so that it didnt scare him. He ate it and loved it! So here's the recipe...easy and quick! Enjoy!

  • 2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tomatoes (chop it finely)
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves

Directions:

  • Add the onion and fry until they turn pale brown.
  • Add the ginger and garlic, and fry for 1 minute.
