Chicken Masala

Try this out! :)

1kg breast fillet chicken (cut into small pieces)
Some oil
2 Onions
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon vinegar
chili powder (according to how much chilli you can have! i put around 1-2 teaspoon)
salt to taste ( i added about 1 1/2 teaspoon salt)

1. Heat oil, add onions and fry until golden brown.
2. Add garlic and ginger paste. Fry for a minute.
3. Add all other ingredients and fry for another minute.
4. Add chicken and mix well with the spices.
5. Fry for about 2-3 minutes.
6. Cover the pot and simmer the chicken on low heat until it is well cooked (if it is too dry you can add a little bit of water,it's nicer if it's dry).

Stir fried prawn and lime aioli

Tried this and tasted good,although I didn't make the lime aioli that well. First time!!! Hehehehe ..I never even had aioli before. Anyway, it's suppose to be lemon aioli and not lime but I didn't have any lemon so I tried it out with lime instead. It turned out too 'Limey'. The prawn tasted good by itself but it tasted better with the aioli for sure. Here are the pics! Am not putting in any recipe cause I need to make it taste better before I let you guys try it out :)
